
From 6 April 2007 all businesses with a standard consumer credit licence (issued by the OFT) must by law have in place a formal complaints handling procedure that comply with the rules. [See Financial Services Authority for further details]

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the response you have received you may be entitled to refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
